okay. tomorrow will be the end of my long hours of sitting on this wooden chair, staring at the DELL screen, running errands for my mom, thinking of what myself,tash and bliss can do to kill time and staying up late browsing for good shows on tv.
coz it's the beginnings of early wake ups, long hours of driving, reading textbooks, listening to lectures and hopefully making new friends...! yep. it's my first day of school tomorrow! im very excited. -fee does a little dance- i know its whacked but it's the day that i've been looking forward to since the time i realised that i was bored to my big toes living in this little town.. which was about a month after moving here.
i hope i'd be able to make new friends. i know, no group of friends can replace the ones i left behind in singapore. the closeness that we shared. but i'm hoping that they'll replace the absence of presence. i don't want acquaintances. that won't change what i had for the past 6months. i just hope that in my classes there would be those that are approachable. and that they won't look at me weird and all. arck. ha.
anyway, i'll be taking math and spanish with tash, writing!, US history! and visual communications. there's no photography. so im just taking the general classes. and by the end of one year im hoping to transfer to another school. in another state. so wish me luck my fellow friends. :))

have you ever put your head back on the passenger seat while the car is moving and just stare up at the moon in the clear lighted blue sky and at every single turn the car makes the moon is still in your sight and you wonder if someone you know is also staring at the moon at the same time as you are and wonder if they're thinking of you while they're mesmerizing the beautiful full moon.

Schlamat Schlamat Lebaran!
Hope everyone had a good holiday. Yep it was a different raya for us here. No waking up to the takbir. I didnt seek forgiveness from my mom. She was busy sending the others off to school. When I wanted to though she was like wait till Dad comes home. Ooookay. No real raya food or kuihs!!. The whole lotta varities kind. Argh. No jalan raya-ing with relatives and friends. No green packets!But we did manage to have an open house. Invited some friends over to eat a few malay dishes, a few must have kuihs and dressing up. Tash and I wore my mom's. Yes it fits. It turned out all right I guess. But I miss raya-ing in Spore. The closeness we had with the people we celebrate with. Seeing the others wear their new made clothes. The cute lil cousins wearing them. Visiting those relatives that we have not seen in awhile. Just missing it.
No there wasn't any stripping on that day.
Miss these people though. Ha.
It's been really cold the past few days.

accomplished one thing today.
i... exercised! weee...!
after months of bumming, eating and sleeping,
i walked for about an hour just now.
hey its a long walk to someone who is not very active.
and plus my butt ache real bad now! so that means its working.
imma walk for that long every tuesday from now on.
coz every tuesday i voluntered myself at the elementary sch.
i just listen to a grp of 4 8-9yr old kids read a story
then at the end of the 30mins i go thru the quests with em.
yea its short and boooorring..
coz some of em will take like 5 whole mins to read one page!
and the words are those big fonts type. blardy looong.
but listening to the kids reading out LOUD is pretteh amusing.
coz some of em will pronouce the words wrongly n proudly n all
plus my grp had 3boys and 1girl. so its a very noisy group.
feel like punching their lil crooked teeth sumtimes!
hahha. quite fun lah. wish it was longer though.
oh lizamays in the class too. she reads well...
think she learns it from her sister. eheem.
anway.. Dyanna's husband, Dustin left for NY this morning.
he had to go back to work.
it was fun having a man in the house for awhile.
he was the center of attention for my lil sisters.
they'd be wanting to play with him everytime.
all girls in the family. so yea.
dyanna & dustin look real good together.
both are in love. so sweet.
my time will come...
when the hot Italian man with a real cute smile
awaits me with his cool lime green Vespa.
and as i approach him..
he'd say 'How YOUU doinn..'
